It’s a strange and difficult time for everyone at the moment and we hope you and your friends and family are staying safe.

To help all our customers over the coming weeks we’ve decided to give an extra 10GB of data each month for April, May and June. It’s the little acts of support that will help us get through these tough times together.

What do I need to do?
Nothing, the extra data has already been added for you.

Will you extend the extra data if lockdown gets extended?
We’ll revisit the extra data later in the year if we continue to experience lockdown conditions beyond June.

Are there any T&Cs?
This is not a variation to your contract. We hope this is really beneficial to those of you who still need to get out and about. We’ve worked hard with our suppliers to make this work, and we reserve the right to remove the extra data from your account if required.
