First up, it’s Marcus, one of our Founding Members who joined back in 2019 before our app had even gone public. We asked Marcus what he loved most about being an Honest Mobile member and this is what he had to say.

There are 5 key things I love about being an Honest Mobile customer:

Being rewarded for my loyalty – every month I stay as an Honest Mobile customer my Loyalty Discount increases, reducing my monthly bill. It’s really nice to know my loyalty is valued, my previous Mobile Network Operator (MNO) did not reward me in this way.

Easy to use app – everything related to your account is controlled via the app, with key information easily accessible such as the amount of data left for the month, current bill amount and ability to change personal information.

Great customer service – it’s really easy and efficient to get any problems resolved, go straight to the Help section of the app and one of the members of the team is always there to help!

Honest & clear notifications – I get notifications weekly to tell me how many calls I’ve made, texts I’ve sent and amount of data I’ve used. It helps me assess whether I’m on the right plan for me, and if I want to change this it’s really straightforward to do so via the app. I really get the impression Honest is trying to go the extra mile to make sure you’re on the most appropriate product, rather than keep on something that may be too expensive for what you actually need.

Responsible Business – Honest Mobile has made the commitment to become a B-Corp, which means they consider the environment and their customers within their business model. It’s refreshing to see an MNO take this approach and care more than just their bottom line. I can even see how many trees I’ve planted by being an Honest Mobile customer from the app! I bet your MNO doesn’t do this…

I would highly recommend Honest Mobile to anyone who is tired of the same old service from the traditional operators in the market. If you want to buck the trend and join a company that cares about making a difference in many different ways then come to Honest!
