can I transfer my number?


To move your number to Honest Mobile you’ll need to get a PAC from your current network. You can get this by texting ‘PAC’ to 65075 (it’s free!) – then once your SIM arrives, we’ll just ask for your PAC, your phone number and you can choose a date for the switch to happen. You can do it all in the app!

when does my first month start?

Your first month and billing cycle only starts once you’ve received your free SIM and you’ve activated your SIM in the app.

how does the loyalty discount work?

For every month you’re with us your bill gets cheaper. Your loyalty discount increases by 5% every year – capped at 30% ⭐

do you have 5G?

Yes! All our SIMs give you access to the UK’s fastest 5G.

We chose to piggyback on Three because of their incredible 5G offering – more usable 5G than any other UK network and it’s 100MHz!

when can I upgrade and downgrade plan?

You can upgrade to a bigger plan any time and you can downgrae to a smaller plan anytime after 30 days of being on the same plan.

how does free EU roaming work?

All our plans include free EU roaming. That means you can call and text UK numbers as normal and use your normal data allowance up to a maximum of 20GB /month, while you’re in the EU.

We have a fair usage policy of 60 days. That means you can roam for free for a maximum of 2 months – after that there are additional charges.

are there any speed caps on the unlimited plan?

Yes, after you’ve used 650GB of data, speeds are limited to 3G data speeds.

how much data do I need?

The average person uses 5.6GB per month.

You’ll never pay more than £25.00 on our unlimited plan and you can switch to another plan any time. We’ll also let you know if we’d recommend you switch plan with smart notifications.

i'm tied into a contract, can I still join?

You can, but, there is normally an early termination fee so please make sure you check this first.

what is the carbon footprint of my phone?

The carbon footprint of an average year’s smartphone usage is 69kg (this includes production and transport). That’s based on an iPhone 11 128GB used for 3 hours and 15 minutes a day over two years.
